“Altain Orgil” as a folklore band was  founded in 1993 with the aim to introduce glorious Mongolian history, culture and rich traditional folk heritage to the world.  The band plays traditional instruments Horse Fiddle together with other Mongolian ethnic instruments combining those with throat singing, long singing, praises and traditional  songs and performances from dancers and contortionist
“Altain Orgil” performed in countries like Germany, France, Hungary, Columbia, Japan, Korea, Russian Buryatia, Taiwan and Hong Kong on invitations to attend folk festivals and tours since its inception.
From year 2000 Altain Orgil started introducing world music and instruments to their existing repertoire and now has developed original music with drums, classic Cello, iron harp, beatbox on horse fiddle & throat singing background. 
In 2007 Altain Orgil has successfully created first ever fusion of Mongolian Traditional Music & Electro Music together with Top Mongolian DJs appearing on the “Music-9” TV Show of C1 channel.
Main theme for all “Altain Orgil” performances is an appeal to all people of this world to love and protect our  nature land.
